All our products are handcrafted by skilled artisans, one piece at a time with utmost love and care which makes each product one of a kind. Since everything is created and crafted by hand, a slight variation in its form, shape, color and texture is possible which does not mean the product has a flaw. It is simply a unique piece you have received. Although all product dimensions on the website are accurate, a slight difference from the mentioned dimensions will not be considered a defect as the products are handmade .No two pieces will be exactly identical. Hence, it will not be eligible for return or replacement. Items purchased on sale are not eligible for returns. If an item has been replaced once, it will not be replaced again. The product purchased is eligible for return or replacement if: The product you have received is incorrect, i.e., it does not match the product that was ordered by you. The product received is broken, chipped or has a genuine manufacturing or quality defect. We would be happy to exchange a defective product with either a replacement, a different product of the same value or refund your order amount within 7 business days after the product has been picked up from the address provided.
