 We carefully craft and pack each product to ensure the highest quality. However, if there’s an issue, we’re here to help. 

All our products are handcrafted by skilled artisans, one piece at a time with utmost love and care which makes each product one of a kind. Since everything is created and crafted by hand, a slight variation in its form, shape, color and texture is possible which does not mean the product has a flaw. It is simply a unique piece you have received. Although all product dimensions on the website are accurate, a slight difference from the mentioned dimensions will not be considered a defect as the products are handmade. No two pieces will be exactly identical. Hence, it will not be eligible for return or replacement.

Eligibility for Returns-

Items purchased on sale are not eligible for returns. If an item has been replaced once, it will not be replaced again. 


The product you have received is incorrect, i.e., it does not match the product that was ordered by you.
The product received is broken, chipped or has a genuine manufacturing or quality defect.
We would be happy to exchange a defective product with a replacement.​
Due to unforeseen circumstances, if we are unable to replace the product, you will be notified and thereafter process your refund in the original mode of payment within 7-10 business days after the product has been picked up from the address provided.

Please email us at thejewelsofhome@gmail.com within 24 hours of delivery with the correct order number and delivery address along with the reason for return. Please attach an image of the defective or incorrect product.

Refund Process-

​Returns are initiated after the product pass our quality checks. We aim to initiate all refunds within 7 to 10 business days of pickup. For inquiries about your return, contact us at thejewelsofhome@gmail.com or on WhatsApp at +91 7892870493.
 Refunds are processed to the original payment method for digital payments. For COD orders, refunds are made to bank accounts only. ​
Cash refunds are not available for COD orders.
